Terms of Service

The Site is intended for parents, guardians, and staff of Play PALS Child Development Center. If you are submitting information on behalf of a child, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian, or otherwise authorized to act on their behalf.

Play PALS provides Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, SpEd Tutorial, Group Classes, and related developmental services, as described on our Services and Rates pages. Availability of specific services, schedules, and therapists may change, and the descriptions on this Site are provided for general information only.

Submitting a waitlist or inquiry form is a request to be contacted about our services — it is not a confirmed booking or a guarantee of enrollment, availability, or a specific schedule. A member of our team will follow up with you directly to discuss next steps. Please make sure the information you submit, including your child's details, is accurate and complete.

If we provide you with access to the parent or staff portal, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at playpalscdc@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

Invoices issued through the portal reflect fees for enrolled services. When you submit proof of payment, our team reviews and verifies it before the invoice is marked as paid; this review may take some time. Rates displayed on the Site are subject to change, and any changes will apply to future invoices, not those already issued.

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information about yourself or your child;
• Attempt to access another user's account or data without authorization;
• Use the Site in any way that disrupts its normal operation or security; or
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

The Site's content — including our logo, branding, text, photos, and design — belongs to Play PALS Child Development Center or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.

This Site and its forms are not intended for urgent or emergency situations. If your child needs immediate medical attention, please contact your physician or go to the nearest emergency room.

The Site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. While we take reasonable steps to keep information on the Site accurate and the portal secure, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, Play PALS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of the Site shall be resolved in accordance with Philippine law.
